SRAM Service

Recently had my 6 month old SRAM Force right shifter mechanism literally come off in my hand the other day while 'I was just riding along...'. Took it down to my SRAM authorized LBS for warranty last Friday. Got a call yesterday (Wednesday, that's right 5 days) the new replacement mechanism arrived - THAT WAS FAST.




So let's take a look back at my '10 year (so far)... New Blue Norcross = cracked seat tube, SRAM Force = broke off in hand, and John Jones = broken arm. I do need to mention that each one of these received immediate attention by the makers and were quickly replaced/repaired.


So if you have SRAM issues feel secure that this company wastes no time making sure riders and their equipment are back on the road/trail as soon as possible - AWESOME.
